At HeyLouie, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your dog to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. In this case, we cover the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. To request an exchange, contact us at the email below and we'll guide you through the process.
